About Scoop Contracts

Scoop Contracts Ltd is a specialist groundworks and building contractor based in Nottingham and the East Midlands, run by Sam Ablewhite - known to everyone as Scoop - and supported by a small team of fully qualified tradesmen.
Sam brings years of hands-on experience to every project, backed by a fleet of heavy plant including 2, 3 and 14 tonne excavators. At just 24 years old, he's already delivered 50+ projects for satisfied customers - including several valued over £250,000.
A Nottinghamshire lad through and through, Sam grew up near Cropwell Bishop. When he's not on site you'll find him out hiking or mountaineering, or at home with his border collie and vintage tractor.
