This Nottingham residential development required a full groundworks package ahead of the main contractor mobilising on site. Scoop Contracts were engaged to carry out the site clearance, mass excavation and drainage installation across a challenging multi-plot site.
Our team mobilised with multiple machines, working efficiently to clear the site and achieve the formation levels required by the engineer's drawings. The excavated material was managed carefully on site, with topsoil stripped and set aside for later re-use in the landscaping phase.
The project was delivered on programme, handing the site back to the principal contractor in good order and ahead of their start date - a result that reflects the planning and experience our team brings to every groundworks package.
